Homework Updates

Here you will find a general description of what is for homework. If you need a copy of the handouts, they will be uploaded to my link on the side bar. Once in the file, select the correct folder for what we are currently studying. Most handouts are there, however some may need to be picked up in class as I do not have a digital version.

HUM 8 HOMEWORK:
(For THURSDAY Feb 26)

***Special Notice: During BLOCK C there will be course planning for 15 minutes!***
Don't forget your ORANGE sheets!

1. Please complete chapter 7 in your novel (There Will Be Wolves OR Catherine Called Birdy)

Don't forget to use sticky notes while reading and please note the:
a) plot
b) setting
c) characters

*I will check for sticky notes in chapters 1-4.

2. Make sure to finish the GOOD COPY for the newspaper article. You will be handing it in for marks!

3. Your character's EULOGY! You have caught the plague, now you must write your eulogy! The eulogy's are due at the beginning of the class on Thursday.


EN 11 HOMEWORK:
(For THURSDAY Feb 26)

1. Please complete the "plotting conflict" worksheet up to chapter 6 - I will be checking for completion.

2. Please finish reading chapter 8 in Lord of the Flies - don't forget to use sticky notes while reading to note the:
a) plot
b) setting
c) characters

3. Complete the good copy of your "WHAT IF" write ups on Lord of the Flies.
