ENG 8- We spent the class listening to a presentation in the library.

HUM 8- Finish your map of Canada for Thursday. You do NOT need to colour each province, an outline of each one in a different colour is ok.

If you were away last day; your World Map is due on Thurs.

Eng 8 and Hum 8: Binder check on Friday.
                             Bring in something that gives you comfort/ hope, to share/tell about with your           group.

HUM 8's- please finish the worksheet about the maps. We will have 30 mins to transfer the info from the fill in sheet to your map on Friday:)

Finish your explorer map. You are to find 5 explorers between the years 700-1800( not past 1800) and label your map, where they came from, their name and where they went. A different colour for each explorer. This is due next day for those of you who did not finish this in class.

Eng 8- If you did not finish your  "Somebody Wanted-But-so" Please have it finished by Monday.
Please begin to bring in your wrapped Secret Santa gift. Budget $5-10.
Thank you to all of you who contributed to our school Food Drive for the Richmond Food Bank. Additionally, thank you to all who contributed to Women Helping Women. We were able to make about 1000 bags for women in need from Richmond, Delta, Surrey and Abbotsford.

HUM 8- Please remember to return your novel if you have not returned it yet.

ENG 8- Thanks 2-1 for bringing in food for the food drive. We have one more day. Toiletries or cash.
Both classes- If you did not finish your movie review draft please finish it.
